In February 2010, Virelec marked fifteen years of business serving the electrical power industry.  The company was founded by Paul Marot to fill a need in the industry for complete, fully engineered protection and control systems, making use of the choices of modern IEDs on the market.
 

The company has continued to grow since then under Paul’s leadership and now boasts an impressive list of customers in Canada and abroad.
 

With the challenges facing the industry to refurbish their existing plants and investing in new ones, as well as the need to integrate renewable energy plants into the electric system, Virelec looks forward to the next fifteen years of serving the electrical power market.
